通过分析电子商务融入网络会展的发展趋势,具体阐释了网络会展用户对信息、管理和服务的要求,并提出了相应的对策,包括信息发布与传播策略、采用各种信息技术和电子商务技术实现高效管理、提供个性化服务等。
This paper firstly analyzed the Chinese convention and exhibition industry developing trendy that e-commerce has gradually merged into it, secondly elaborated the requirements for service and management of users of network exhibition and e-commerce, and drew the relating countermeasures from the aspects of information, management and service, including information issue ploy, adopting information technology to improve management, providing personal service
