摘要
灌浆水泥是为适应灌浆工程使用而研制的,它的组成、性能都与常用的水泥不同。本文包括该种水泥组成的研究、浆材特性、应用工艺的研究以及模拟灌浆效果。试验研究表明,灌浆水泥最大粒径为40μm,具有较高的细度;浆液稳定性好;流动性得以改善;硬化后结石具有微膨胀性等优越性能。鉴于它所具有的特性,提出了最佳应用工艺。模拟灌浆表明,它比普通水泥具有更好的灌浆效果。
Grouting cement is developed for adopting to a practical project to be grouted. It differs from general Portland cement in composition and characteristics . This paper makes a study for this cement on its composition , characteristics of grouting agent , applied technology and effect of simulation grouting . Experimental result show that grouting cement is a maximum of 40μm in grain size and has some favourable behaviour , such as higher fineness , good stability of grouting agent , improvable fluidity and micro -expansibility of cement-block after hardening from which optimization of applied technology was proposed . Simulation grouting shows that it has a better grouting effect than general Pontland cement.
