摘要
发展智慧产业,推进智慧管理,让城市运作更安全、更高效、更绿色,已成为一个城市发展抢占新优势的科学选择。文章分析了欧盟智慧城市发展战略,同时结合英国、法国和意大利的智慧城市建设,给出了建设智慧城市的对策与建议。
It has become scientific selections in city development to seize new advantages, such as to develop wisdom industries, to promote wisdom management, to make the operation safer, more efficient, and more green. The paper analyzed the development strategy of the EU smart city, and gave out the countermeasures and suggestions for building a smart city, combined with the smart city construction in the United Kingdom, France and Italy.
