摘要
手术室是高风险的医疗场所;手术室护士作为手术的参与者、配合者、执行者和监督者,在手术护理中应及时规避或阻止各类差错,以降低医疗风险和预防医患纠纷。本文从手术室护理工作的角度,认为应从手术室护士自身因素、管理因素、患者因素三个方面来预防医患纠纷的发生。
The operation room is a high-risk medical establishment.
