摘要
针对三角形激光谐振腔的几何结构及其内闭合光路的特点,阐述其调腔原理,并根据此原理设计出一种简单可行且精度高的调腔方法,最后对该方法的精度要求进行分析。
The principle for the alignment of a triangular resonator is explained in accordance with its geometry and the characteristics of the cloosed beam path in it. The requirements of alignment accuracy is analyzed.
