摘要
本文提出一种由单模光纤及其无源器件构成的全光纤速度测量仪。在具体分析该测量仪的工作原理基础上研制了一套实用的速度测量系统,并且将该干涉仪与传统的迈克尔逊速度干涉仪进行了比较。将其应用于喇叭的振动测量中,获得了稳定的、可重复的实验曲线。
The paper presents a velocity mesurement instrument which is comprised of single mode fiber and passive fiber couplers,An all fiber velocity interferometer which is used for velocity measurement have been developed. The system is used for velocity measurement for speaker, stability and repeated interference signal are got.
