摘要
城市文化是城市存在和发展的根基,也是城市发展的精神动力。以昆明为核心城市,曲靖市麒麟区、玉溪市红塔区和楚雄市市区为次级城市的滇中城市群构建中应进一步加强以城市布局、城市景观、城市产业为主要内容的城市文化整体规划,发挥地域优势资源和挖掘地方历史人文资源形成城市文化特色,调整城市文化功能结构及其分布,完善核心城市与次级城市文化功能定位,提升城市文化功能,以形成滇中城市群和城市文化的协调发展格局,构建美好的边疆城市。
The culture of city is the foundation of urban existence spiritual motivation. The central Yunnan city group building of taking development, urban development, Kunming city as the core city and Qu- jing city, Qilin District, Yuxi Hongta District and Chuxiong city urban layout as the secondary cities should further strengthen the city culture planning taking urban landscape, urban industry, urban culture as the main content, play the geographic advantage of resources and tap the local historical and cultural resources to form urban cultural characteristics, adjust the structure and distribution of urban cultural functions, im- prove the cultural function positioning of the core city and the secondary cities, enhance the construction of urban cultural functions, form the coordinated development of a central Yunnan urban Agglomeration pattern and urban culture, and build a better frontier city.
