摘要 为了准确掌握交通道路路面的实际情况,快速准确地获取路面摩擦系数,实现对道路磨损状况的实时监控,通过传感器信号处理、单片机程序算法编写,设计了高准确性、低迟滞性的摩擦系数测量器。该系统采用AVR系列的Mega8单片机和国产HA-1 S形拉力传感器,可将检测到的信号快速传递到32位上位机;结合物联网通信技术,在监控终端得到实时的摩擦系数值,为机场、高速公路的路面数据采集提供坚实的数据基础。在实验室条件下系统试运行结果表明,该仪器系统实现了对路面滑动摩擦系数的有效检测,与单摆式摩擦系数测量器相比较,准确度能够保持在96.5%以上。 To obtain the friction coefficients of the road surface and monitor the wear state of the road in real-time, we use the sensor signal processing and design the microcontroller program and the measurement device with a highly accurate, low hysteresis friction coefficients. The system uses the Mega8 microcontroller of the AVR family and domestic HA-IS-shaped force transducer, transmit the detected signals to the 32 host computer via the ethernet communication and obtain the friction coefficient in real-time monitoring terminal. It can provide the data for airports and highways. The laboratory study shows that the designed system can effectively detect the coefficients of the sliding friction on the road. Compared with the pendulum coefficients of the friction measurements, the accuracy can be maintained above 96.5%.
