摘要
根据大比尺河工模型特点,设计了一种基于双向轴流泵变频调速生潮控制系统。采集模型的频率与水位结点数据,利用三次样条插值得到关系曲线,以此曲线为依据并结合模糊PID控制水泵电机运转频率,达到大比尺模型的精确生潮目的。系统利用上位机串口通信实时远程控制变频器,实现多种模式运作。系统应用于江阴岸线调整防洪模型实验,结果表明,该控制系统施工方便、稳定可靠,精准度满足设计要求。
For the large - scale river mooel' s characteristics, one kind of tide generation system based on the bi - directional pump's VVVF was designed and developed. Collect model's frequency-water level node data and use cubic spline inter-polation to get the relation curve. The pump mo-tor's operation frequency is controlled based on the related curve combining the fuzzy - PID for the accurately tide generating purposes. The system u- ses real - time serial communication of the PC to remotely control frequency converter, and operates with a variety of modes. By the Jiangyin shoreline flood protection model experiment, it has been proved that the system is convenient,stable and re-liable, and meet the design required precision.
