摘要
在国家实施西部大开发战略的新形势下 ,南充如何调整经济发展战略 ,振兴南充经济。文章首先回顾了南充经济发展战略的演变过程 ,并对“一线两片”战略、“一江两线”战略和“工业兴市”战略进行比较分析 ,总结了经验教训。文章全面阐述了“工业兴市”战略的总体思路。最后 ,论述了南充如何抓住西部大开发的历史机遇 。
China is set to exploit and develop the western areas.Under the new conditions,how does Nanchong adjust the economic development strategy in order to improve its economy?The paper first traces the development of Nanchong economic strategy.By contrasting“one railway line-two parts”strategy and “one river-two railway lines” strategy with “industry brings about a prosperous economy” stratgey,the paper sums up the experiences and lessons.The paper narrates the general ideas of the “industry brings about a prosperous economy”strategy.At last,it discusses how Nanchong should grasp the great chance to promote economic prosperity.
