摘要
目的观察益气活血法治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法对89例患者予内服益气活血中药汤剂配合静脉滴注丹红注射液(同时辨证选用参附注射液或参麦注射液),7天为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,观察临床疗效。结果 89例患者治疗1个疗程的总有效率为80.9%,2个疗程的总有效率为92.1%;所有病例在治疗期间均未见明显的不良反应。结论益气活血法治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效良好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation method for the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo. Methods Eighty-nine cases were treated by Chinese medicine and ＂ Danhong Injection＂, with two courses. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate was 80.9% after one course and 92.1% after two courses. No adverse effect was found during treatment. Conclusion Invigorating qi and activating blood circulation method has positive effect on vertigo induced by vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
