摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,内需与外需都是一国经济的重要组成。扩大内需和利用外需不矛盾 ,更好地利用两个市场、两种资源 ,才能实现我国国民经济的较快增长。有效利用外需 ,能够促进经济结构调整 ,平衡国际收支 ,维护社会稳定。可以通过采取优化出口商品结构 ,向海外投资 ,加快实施市场多元化战略 ,政府推动以及促使外贸企业走实业化、集团化道路等策略达到利用外需扩大出口的目的 。
Under the condition of the open economy,both home and foreign demands are important component parts of a countrys economy.Increasing home demands is not contradictory to utilizing foreign demands:only a better use made of the two markets or the two resources can a faster increase be achieved in our national economy.An effective utilization of foreign demands can facilitate adjustment of the economic structure,even up the international balance of payments,and maintain the social stability.In order to achieve the level of contribution to and the degree of pulling force at an increase in our national economy by way of foreign economic trade,tactics should have to be adopted such as optimizing the line up of export commodities,making investments the world over,speedily carrying out the strategy of market pluralization,the government giving impetus to or helping with enterprices of foreign trade to follow the way of turning themselves into industry and commerce or group corporations,etc..
