As a modern form of commercial practice,chain store emerged in the background of the modern industrial society.Taking advantage of scientific management and advanced technology,the chain store economy has brought about large scale economic benefit successfully.The standard model of the chain store economy has given a forceful promotion to the legal operation of market economy.The chain store economy,which in China is in the ascendant,has brought vigor to the market,meanwhile it also claims the legal supervision and administration.
