摘要
采用混凝沉淀、水解酸化和接触氧化的组合工艺处理牛仔服水洗废水。经过50 d的调试运行,实际运行结果表明:在进水COD为350~800 mg/L、色度为500~900倍、SS>600 mg/L的条件下,出水COD<60 mg/L、色度为30倍、SS<70 mg/L,出水水质符合江苏省《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/670—2004)中表1的排放标准。
The combined process of coagulation sedimentation, hydrolysis acidification and biologi-cal contact oxidation was used to treat jean ware washing wastewater. After 50 d of commissioning, the results showed that the effluent COD, color and SS were less than 60 mg/L, 30 times and 70 mg/L re-spectively when the influent COD, color and SS were 350 mg/L to 800 mg/L, 500 to 900 times and more than 600 mg/L. The effluent quality met the standard in Table 1 of the Discharge Standard of Water Pol- lutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry of Jiangsu Province ( DB 32/670 - 2004).
