摘要
毕节试验区是一个资源禀赋丰富的地区,这为毕节试验区形成和发展资源型产业集群提供了重要的依托条件和物质基础。在分析资源型产业集群特征基础上对毕节试验区资源型产业集群发展现状和缺陷进行研究,并针对毕节试验区资源型产业集群发展现状从宏观和微观提出相应政策建议。研究表明,毕节试验区资源型产业集群形成和长效发展是试验区现在和未来实施"三化同步"战略不可逾越的鸿沟,打造资源型产业集群是毕节市经济发展的最好选择。
Bijie Experimental Region is one of areas with rich resources endowment,which provide impor tant conditions and material basis for Bijie Experimental Region to form and develop resources-based industri al cluster.Based on the analysis of characteristics of resources-based industry cluster,the current situation and problems of Bijie Experimental Region resources-based industry cluster development are researched,and the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward in accordance with the present status of develop ment of Bijie Experimental Region resources-based industrial cluster from the macroscopic and microscopic.This study shows that formation and long-term development of resources-based industry cluster is a impass able gaps which is Bijie Experimental Region now and the future implementation ＂three synchronous＂ strate gy,making resources-based industry cluster is the best choice of Bijie economic development.
