基于核磁共振图像分析恶性脑膜瘤诊断研究

摘要 脑膜瘤足颅内常见肿瘤，大部分为良性，恶性者少见[1]。恶性脑膜瘤生长迅速，术后易复发，明确诊断对治疗和预后意义重大。恶性脑膜瘤的影像诊断需要综合分析，鉴别诊断复杂。本文埘近12年来经手术病理证实的恶性脑膜瘤35例MRI资料进行回顾性分析，以求提高诊断准确性。报告如下。
