摘要
如何实现司法公信力这一问题,理论界、实务界已有诸多有益的探讨。但是,随着微博在信息传递、互动交流等方面的优势日益显现,在越来越多的人民法院开设官方微博的背景下,司法公信力的实现路径无疑将与以往有别。文章从司法公信力的含义出发,探究司法公信力的实现标准,分析法院微博的运行现状,提出在微博问政下司法公信力的实现路径。由于目前法院微博在运作、管理上尚处于探索阶段,其在司法公信力实现的过程中还存在着一定的缺陷和不足,需要不断改进与完善。
Political theorists and practitioners have already carried out many rewarding discussions on how to achieve judicial credibility. As Micro-blogging has gradually shown great advantages in information transmitting and interaction, a growing number of people＇s courts are setting up their own official Micro-blogging. Conse- quently, the realization of judicial credibility will undoubtedly be different from the past under such circumstances. Based on the study of the definition of judicial credibility, the essay explores the standards of its realization accord- ing to an analysis of the current operation of the court＇s Micro-blogging. Meanwhile it proposes certain ways to re- alize judicial credibility by this new means of political participation. As the operation and management of the court＇s Micro-blogging are in a trial stare, the wavs ofrealizint, Judicial credibility still need to be improved.
