摘要
针对某高速公路工程,预估沥青路面5 a车辙深度。建立有限元模型模拟沥青路面温度场,按方形均布的垂直荷载,分析计算荷载作用时间,借助时温等效原理将较低温度下的作用时间转化成高温下的作用时间,建立恒温作用下的沥青路面车辙计算方法,得到沥青路面典型结构5 a车辙深度。通过与实际工程5 a车辙深度的对比,基于时温等效的车辙预估计算结果与实际相符。恒温作用下的沥青路面车辙计算方法提高了车辙预估的计算效率,并通过低温季节与高温季节转化时间的对比,得到车辙主要发生的月份,为道路维护提供依据。
According to one expressway project, the 5-year rutting depth of the asphalt pavement is estimated in this article. The finite element model is established to simulate the asphalt pavement temperature field. According to the vertical stress in the rectangle load area, the load action time is analyzed and calculated. On the basis of the time-temperature superposition principle, when the low temperature action time is transformed into the high temperature action time, the constant temperature pavement rutting calculation method is set up and the 5-year pavement rutting depth is obtained. Through the comparison with the 5-year pavement rutting depth of the practical project, the calculation result of the rutting prediction based on the time-temperature superposition principle and the observation data correspond well, the constant temperature pavement rutting calculation method is proved feasible, and the calculation efficiency of the rutting predication is also improved. In addition, through the action time contrast of cold season and high temperature season, the main rut occurrence months are found, which provides a basis for the road maintenance.
