摘要
目的探讨全冠修复的方法在牙隐裂治疗中的应用效果。方法 131例牙隐裂患者143颗患牙根据治疗方法分为观察组(全冠修复组,88例91颗患牙)与对照组(非全冠修复组,43例52颗患牙),对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治愈率为89.0%(81/91),显著高于对照组的57.7%(30/52)(P<0.01);观察组有效率为96.7%(88/91),显著高于对照组的67.3%(35/52)(P<0.01)。结论全冠修复在牙隐裂治疗中疗效肯定,能够有效降低牙折及治疗后牙髓炎等的发生率,是目前临床牙隐裂治疗的理想方法。
Objective To study the clinical effects of full crown prosthesis in patients with cracked - teeth. Methods 131patients with 143 cracked- teeth were derided into the observation group （full crown prosthesis group, 88patients with 91 cracked -teeth） and the control group （non -full crown prosthesis group, 43 patients with 52 cracked -teeth） according to the treatment, and then contrasted the clinical effects between the two groups. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 89.0% （81/91）, significantly higher than 57.7% （30/52） of the control group（ P 〈 O. O1 ）, the effective rate of the observation group was 96.7 % （ 88/91 ）, significantly higher than 67.3 % （35/52） of the con- trol group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Full crown prosthesis has a positive effect in patients with cracked - teeth, it can effectively reduce the inci- dence of odontoclasis and pulpitis, and it~ the ideal way to treat cracked - teeth.
