摘要
火炮身管寿命是以全装药射弹量来表征的,因此在进行身管寿命预测时需要将不同装药条件下的射弹量等效成全装药条件下的射弹发数。通过分析身管烧蚀磨损的过程,提出了一种基于膛线起始点输入总热量和膛内输入总压力的火炮身管等效全装药寿命换算方法,并通过对比算例的计算结果,验证了该方法的合理性,在此基础上计算了某型火炮射击时所有装药号的当量换算系数,该系数可应用于火炮射击时身管寿命的等效换算。
Gun barrel life was represented by the number of shoot projectile in full charge, so it is necessary to transform the number of shoot projectile under different charge conditions into the number of shoot projectile in full charge conditions. By use of analyzing the erosion and abrasion processes of the gun barrel, the method of life transform coefficient for gun barrel in equivalent full charge based on the total heating in rifling origin and the overall gun pressure in bore was pointed out. Compared with the computing results of the example, rationality of the method was validated. With the aid of this method, the equiva- lent life transform coefficients of a gun barrel in its whole charge zones were calculated, which can be used to transform the gun barrel life exactly.
