摘要
以多体动力学理论和RecurDyn软件为基础,建立了协调器的虚拟样机模型,并以协调器转角位移为指标同理论分析结果做了比较。建立了以平衡机力和齿轮齿面磨损为故障因素的故障仿真模型,通过该模型研究了两种故障对协调器性能的影响,为协调器的故障预测和诊断提供了依据。
Based on multi-body system dynamics theory and RecurDyn software, the virtual prototype model of the coordinator was established. The model was compared with theory analysis results on the basis of angular displacement of the coordinator. The fault simulation model which took equilibrator force and gear fray as fault factors was set up, and the influence caused by the two kinds of faults on coordinator was studied by means of the model. The study results can provide basis for fault prediction and fault diagnosis of the coordinator.
