摘要
弹射输弹对于大口径火炮全自动装填系统提高装填速度有着重要影响,而影响弹射输弹性能的关键因素是弹丸的速度和姿态。某弹射输弹机在试验中出现弹丸卡膛不稳定现象,为解决这一问题,针对弹丸姿态和速度对输弹机进行了运动学分析及相关测试,综合各种数据分析影响卡膛的关键因素,并针对这些因素对输弹机进行相关改进。从最后试验效果看,改进达到攻关目的,解决了弹丸卡膛不稳定问题。
In the experiment process of a projectile ramming device, the bayonet-chamber force was beyond limitation. Aimed at the problem, based on dynamics simulation and experimental test, the key factors of projectile bayonet-chamber fault were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement rnaesurses were taken. The experimental results showed that the bayonet-chamber force unsteadying fault was solved, the satisfied results were obtained.
