摘要
目的:通过对寻常型银屑病现代文献的研究分析,总结其常见症状的分布特点。方法:检索1949年到2009年有关期刊文献,采用Epidata 3.1软件建立寻常型银屑病的症状文献数据库,应用统计软件SPSS 17.0对症状的频次、频率进行统计分析。结果:文献中涉及寻常型银屑病症状226个,出现频率前10位的皮损症状:皮损呈点滴状、皮损鲜红、皮损暗红、皮损淡红、鳞屑厚、浸润肥厚、瘙痒、剧烈瘙痒、点状出血、新皮损不断出现,旧皮损扩大;全身症状:心烦、易怒、口干、口渴、咽干、便干、便秘、小便黄赤、皮肤干燥、乏力;舌象:红舌、暗舌、淡红舌、紫舌、淡白舌、舌生瘀点瘀斑、黄苔、薄苔、白苔、腻苔;脉象:细脉、数脉、弦脉、滑脉、沉脉、缓脉、涩脉、濡脉、浮脉、弱脉。结论:寻常型银屑病的基本病机为血热津亏。
Objective： On the basis of literature research,this paper summarizes the symptom distribution of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods： Modern literatures from 1949 to 2009 about psoriasis vulgaris were collected,and data-base was built by Epidata3.1 software.The frequency and rate of symptom were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results： Two hundred and twenty-six symptoms of psoriasis vulgaris were mentioned in literatures,and the top ten symptoms of lesions are： guttate lesion,dark red lesion,light red lesion,thick scale,infiltration and pachynsis,itch,severe itch,Auspitz,new lesion emerging and old lesion expanding;the general symptoms are： vexation,irritability,dry mouth,thirstiness,dry throat,dry stool,constipation,yellow urine,dry skin,tiredness;the tongue pictures are： red tongue,dark tongue,pale red tongue,purple tongue,pale tongue,spotted or ecchymoisis tongue,yellow coating,thin coating,white coating,greasy coating;the pulses are： string pulse,rapid pulse,wiry pulse,smooth pulse,deep pulse,moderate pulse,sluggish pulse,soggy pulse,floating pulse,weak pulse.Conclusion： The common symptoms indicate that the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris is blood-heat and fluid deficiency.
