摘要
胃癌根治术后并发症是导致病人术后死亡的重要原因。胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘是其中较严重的并发症,可由多种原因引起。术前预防措施的恰当实施,术中手术方式的合理选择,以及术后并发症的有效治疗是降低胃癌根治术后吻合口瘘病死率的关键。
Postoperative complications are important factors of the death after radical gastrectomy. Anastomotic leakage is a severe postoperative complication, which is caused by many reasons. Proper preoperative preventive measures, appropriate choice of surgical procedure and effective postoperative therapy are the main keys to reduce the mortality caused by anastomotic leakage.
