摘要
从组织功能考虑,图书馆服务能力就是文献信息满足力。文章以"资源-潜在能力-现实能力"为脉络,揭示图书馆服务能力形成过程,并构建了服务能力的层级结构:元能力层、资源及特质层、表现层和反馈层。针对能力的形成过程和层级结构,从图书馆理念与文化、领导、资源、目标定位、形象、流程等六个方面提升图书馆服务能力。
From the organizational function into consideration , the library service ability is the fulfilling force of literature information . This paper expands the forming process of library service ability , the layer structure , element ability level, resources , characteristics layer , presentation layer and the back layer of the construction of service ability . According to the formation process and layer structure of the ability this paper thinks that we should promote the library service ability from six aspects of library concept and culture, leadership, resources, target location, image and process.
