摘要
利用6个玉米单倍体诱导系对6个玉米自交系通过杂交进行单倍体诱导,分析不同单倍体诱导系诱导率的差异性。结果表明,6个不同诱导系的诱导率均值存在显著差异,依次为京科诱043(6.06%)>京科诱044(5.45%)>京科诱045(5.24%)>京科诱006(4.11%)>京科诱041(2.45%)=京科诱005(2.45%)。6个自交系与同一诱导系杂交得到的单倍体诱导率均值也存在显著差异,依次为自交系京724(5.53%)>农系531(5.42%)>京007(5.28%)>京24(3.78%)>京92(3.37%)>郑58(2.38%)。
In order to analyze the differences in haploid induction rates of the different inducers, six maize inducers with purple crown and purple plumule color as the male parents to pollinate the six inbred lines. The results showed that the mean haploid induction rates were significant differences among inducers, from high to low was Jingkeyou043（6.06%） 〉 Jingkeyou044（5.45%） 〉 Jingkeyou045（5.24%） 〉 Jingkeyou006（4.11） 〉 Jingkeyou041（2.45） = Jingkeyou005（2.45）; and also indicated that the haploid induction rates of the different inbred lines were significant difference, from high to low was Jing724（5.53%） 〉 Nongxi531（5.42%） 〉 Jing007（5.28%） 〉 Jing24（3.78%） 〉 Jing92 （3.37%） 〉 Zheng58（2.38%）. Therefore, the haploid inducer line JingKeYou044, which had high haploid induction rates, low coefficient variation and markedness, was an elite haploid inducer.
