关节镜辅助外固定架结合有限内固定治疗开放性Pilon骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨关节镜辅助下外固定架结合钢板内固定治疗开放性Pilon骨折的疗效。方法对31例开放性Ruedi—AUgowerII、III型Pdon骨折并腓骨骨折行早期清创缝合，延期在关节镜辅助下腓骨钢板内固定配合胫骨跨关节外固定架固定治疗。结果28例获随访12—32个月，平均16．5个月，骨折均骨性愈合。疗效按Mazur评价标准：优14例，良11例，可2例，差l例，优良率89．3％。结论关节镜辅助下腓骨钢板内固定结合胫骨跨关节外固定架固定治疗软组织条件差的严重开放性Pilon骨折是一种安全、有效的手术方法。
