摘要
改革开放之前 ,单一且平均主义导向的收入分配制度严重制约了中国经济的增长与发展。而在新旧两种体制激烈碰撞的今天 ,大量出现的“灰色收入”又给中国国民经济带来许多负面影响。本文在对“灰色收入”概念界定的基础上 ,分析了“灰色收入”的存在形式及其形成原因 ,指出了“灰色收入”的危害并相应提出了治理措施。
The contributive system of income before reform and opening to the outside world, guided by unitary and equalitarianist one severely restricted the growth and development of Chinas economy, yet today in the collision of new and old systems a great amount of “grey income” has produced much negative sphere of influence upon China national economy. This dissertation on the basis of defining the concept of “grey income” makes analysis of the existing forms and its cause, pointing out the perniciousness of “grey income” and putting forward therapeutic measures correspondingly.
