摘要
高职院校开展目标教育,是推动科学发展的必然要求,是促进学生健康成长的内在需要,是创新学生教育管理载体的良好选择。在全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人理念的指导下,通过"目标制定—目标实施—目标考核评价"三级递进的目标教育模式的构建,实施目标教育,最终实现学生全面发展和满意就业的目标。
Higher vocational schools launch the target education,which is the inevitable requirement for promoting scientif ic development,is the internal necessity for boosting students to grown healthily and is a perfect choice for innovating stu dents’education management carrier.Under the guidance of all-people education,all-process education and all-dimen sion education,it is necessary to construct the three-stage progressive target education mode from target formulation through target implementation to target inspection and evaluation to launch the target education,so as to eventually achieve the target of students’all-round development and job satisfaction.
