摘要
一百多年以前 ,马歇尔曾经首创了“消费者剩余”概念 ,以此用来分析消费者从消费某一物品的过程中所获得的满足程度。今天 ,我们沿用大师的“剩余”思想 ,提出“人力资本剩余”概念 ,借以分析劳动力市场结构特征以及劳动力福利的变动情况 。
A century ago, Alfred Marshall proposed a concept of consumer's surplus to analyse the utility of consumer. Now We borrow the preceptor's idea and propose another concept of human capital surplus to analyse the labor market structure and the welfare change of labor. Finally we discuss the schemes of how to argue the employment both by individual and by government.
