摘要
高技术产业发展的经济绩效不理想 ,制约着我国产业结构调整和升级。技术创新不足、企业制度滞后、市场结构不合理等因素限制着我国高技术产业的进一步发展。因此 ,需要从多角度多层面来促进我国高技术产业的健康发展 ,以改造传统产业 。
The fact that economic performance of High tech industry in China is not ideal keeps industry structure from both adjusting and advancing. The further development of High tech industry in China has been restricted by many factors, which involved the absence of technology innovation, unreasonable ness in market structure and lag in enterprise institution. Some measures, from multi factors, msut be taken in order to develop High tech industry of China.
