摘要
1979年初召开的理论工作务虚会公开提出了起草第二个历史问题决议的建议。这次会议实际上开启了全面讨论和总结新中国成立以来党的历史问题的序幕。会议讨论中存在的主要问题凸显了尽快解决若干重大历史问题的必要性和紧迫性。会上邓小平发表的重要讲话不仅是这次会议讨论和总结历史的最重要成果,而且讲话所体现的总结历史的方法和原则,对第二个历史问题决议起草乃至新时期党对自身历史的总结都生产了深远影响。
The CPC＇ s Meeting to Discuss Theoretical and Cognitive Problems firstly raised the suggestion to draft the 2nd historical resolution. This meeting actually started the prelude of comprehensively discussing and summari- zing the CPC＇ s historical questions since the founding of new china. The main problems existing in the meeting discussion highlighted the necessity and urgency to solve some historical problems as soon as possible. Deng Xi- aoping＇ s important speech on the meeting was not only the most important achievements on discussing and sum- marizing the history, but also the methods and principles of summarizing the history embodied in his speech had produced far-reaching influences on the draft of the 2~d historical problems resolution and the CPC＇ s own history summary in the new era.
