摘要
网络环境下,数字资源呈海量增长。数字资源是重要的信息资源,具有社会、经济、文化等多方面价值,但由于其自身具有的"脆弱性",对数字遗产的长期保存、利用和传承埋下隐患。为规避这些隐患可能带来的风险,研究和解决数字遗产长期保存过程中存在的问题显得尤为紧迫。对国内外数字遗产长期保存现状的分析和了解是推动和促进未来发展的前提和基础。本文从数字遗产概念界定出发,在国内外典型实践项目分析基础上,提炼出当前国内外数字遗产长期保存特点,提出了相关推进策略。
In the environment of network, the digital resources grow fast. Digital resources with social, economic, cultural value are important information resources. However, there is trouble with the long-term preservation, utilization and inheritance of the digital heritage for the vulnerability of its own. In order to a- void the uncertain risk, it is particularly urgent to research and solve the problems during the long-term pres- ervation of the digital preservation. It is the premise and basis to analyze the current situation of the long- term preservation of the digital preservation. From the angle of the concept of digital heritage, and on the basis of the domestic and overseas typical practices, it explores the characteristics of the current situation of the long-term preservation of the digital heritage. Further, it suggests some strategies for promotion.
