摘要
沼气中有害成分H2S气体对沼气装备和内燃机的腐蚀,严重制约了沼气内燃机发电机组的可靠使用,同时也增加了沼气发电机组的运行和维护成本。本文提出了一种新型的湿、干法串联脱硫兼有脱水效果的技术,并通过对该技术装置在小型沼气发电机组上的应用进行对比试验和检测,证明了该技术的有效性和可行性,,对沼气内燃机发电机组的具有良好的使用效果。
Broadly utilized as fuel in the power plants powered by internal combustion engine to generate electricity,the biomass energy Biogas has been clean and renewable energy.The H2S content in biogas is corrosive to the internal combustion engine and so severely restricts the reliability of internal combustion engine.Treatment by wet-dry tandem desulfurization technology and dehydration is studied to digest biogas.After comparison with main components that resulted in the desulfured or undesulfured biogas,corrosive to internal combustion engines,it is proved that the technology is effective and feasible.After desulfuring,the technology is protective to biogas internal combustion engines.
