摘要
寰枢椎脱位是颅颈交界区的一种常见疾病,可因炎症、肿瘤、创伤、先天畸形等因素引起。随着现代外科诊疗水平的日益提高,寰枢椎脱位的诊疗技术也随之不断发展。该文就寰枢椎相关临床解剖特点、寰枢椎脱位临床分型与外科治疗、寰枢椎脱位个性化手术等进展做一综述,为从事相关领域研究的医师提供参考。
Atlantoaxial dislocation （AAD） is a common disorder in the cranial-cervical junction, which may be caused by inflammation, tumors, trauma or congenital deformity, et al. With the development of modem surgical technology, Diagnosis and treatment for AAD have achieved great progress in recent decades. In this paper, current researches were reviewed including atlantoaxial anatomy, clinical classification, surgical treatment and individual surgical techniques for AAD, which could provide a useful reference for the doctors in this field.
