摘要
对比美国、加拿大、以及印度尼西亚的海岛整治管理模式,列举了国内林业和水利工程的管理模式,在总结国内外工程管理经验的基础上,对中国海岛整治工程模式的构建、项目的立法、规划、流程以及绩效评价等各个方面提出了意见与建议。
The paper compares the island renovation management models of United States, Canada, and Indonesia, and elaborate the management models of domestic projects of forestry and water conservancy. On the basis of summing up the experience of domestic and international project management, the paper comments on the building of the island renovation project mode as well as the legislation, planning, processes and performance evaluation of the project.
