严重创伤导致凝血功能障碍的危险因素及防范处理 被引量：6

摘要 近几十年来,由于工农业、交通业等高速发展,各类事故所造成的创伤日趋增多,严重威胁着全球人类的生命。在2002年,全球有500百万人死于创伤,占总死亡人数的10%,其中123.9万人死于道路交通事故（MVA）,与死于肺癌等呼吸道肿瘤的患者数相当。2009年死于MVA的人数已达到127万人,预计2030年这个数字是240万人。由于创伤常伤及多个体内重要脏器,如肝、脾、肾、骨盆等,出血量大,
