摘要
本文首先重新解读了创新的丰富内涵与时代特征,基于案例,分析了经管类大学生要成长为创新人才应具备怎样的知识体系。进而,结合高校经管专业的实际,从四个方面提出经管类创新人才知识体系建构的基本路径。
This paper re-interpreted the rich content of innovative and its performance of the times. Based on a case study,the paper ana lyzed what＇s the essential knowledge system for innovative talents majored in economics and management. Furthermore, four basic measures were proposed to constructing the essential knowledge system for the economics and management students.
