自制BMPs活性蛋白的异位诱导成骨实验研究

摘要 目的检测自制牛骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)活性蛋白异位成骨能力及其生物相容性。方法将自制BMPs蛋白植入小鼠肌袋内,X线观察植入部位的钙化情况,然后取材固定并染色,镜下观察材料周围肌肉中的成骨情况。结果 BMPs植小鼠肌袋后在植人材料周围均未见红肿、破溃等反应,显示其具有良好的生物相容性;BMPs植入后4周有明显骨样组织形成,8周有完整的骨组织形成。结论自制牛BMPs活性蛋白可在小鼠异位诱导成骨,并具有良好的生物相容性。 Objective To detect the ability of ectopic bone formation and biocompatibility of self made bovine BMPs.Method Self-made bovine BMPs had been implanted in muscle bag of mice,observed the calcification of the implant site using the X-rays.Then drawn the material,fixed and stained,observed bone formation in muscle around the material.Result There were not swelling,ulceration around the implanted material after BMPs implanted in the muscle bag,and the BMPs material had good biocompatibility.There was bone-like tissue formation in 4 weeks after BMPs implantation,and a complete bone formation in 8 weeks.Conclusion The self-made BMPs active protein could induce ectopic bone formation,and had good biocompatibility.
