摘要
在别克轿车下摇臂国产化过程中,要正确看待外商提供的Math Data(电子数据)。对于Math Da-ta,我们要了解它、掌握它,并作为新产品开发的重要依据。但不能过分地依赖它,甚至迷信它,而忽视了冲压零件关键部位的外形尺寸对零件疲劳寿命的影响。本文介绍了下摇臂产品国产化过程中所遇到的问题以及解决的办法。
During the localization of Buick lower control arm,we must adopt a correct attitude towards the math data provided by foreign trader. The math data are the main basis for developing new products. But we also must pay more attention to the influence of lower control arm contour on its fatingue strength. The problems and solution in lower control arm localization are introduced in this paper.
