摘要
介绍一种用于高温SHB试验的新型快速加热电炉,可在一分钟左右将试件加热至500℃,最高可加热至1000℃,并且对金属材料和非金属材料均可加热,从而克服了目前使用的各种加热方法的局限性. 在20℃~500℃和0.00208~350 s- 1的范围内研究了温度和应变率对拉伸载荷下高强铝合金本构关系的影响. 结果表明:(1)随着应变率的提高,该材料的强度提高,延伸率降低; (2)该材料的强度、延伸率及应变率均随温度的升高而降低;
A new fast heating electric furnace used for SHB test at elevated temperature was developed. By using it, the effects of temperature and strain rate on the constitutive relation of high strength aliminum alloy under tension was studied at temperature range 20°C to 500°C and strain rate from 0.00208/s to 350/s. The results show that:(1)the materials strength rises and its ductility decends as strain rate rises;(2)the materials strength decrease and its ductility obviously increases as temperature rises;(3) the strain rate effect decreases with increasing temperature.
