摘要
介绍了膜片弹簧离合器膜片压紧力特性曲线的计算方法,本方法比传统的计算公式增加了修正项,计算精度有了很大的提高。某些结构的离合器总成压紧力特性曲线与膜片弹簧压紧力特性曲线有较大的出入,文中对这一问题进行了深入的分析计算,并提出了离合器总成压紧力特性曲线的计算方法。
The calculation method of diaphragm hold - down force characteristic curve of the diaphragm spring clutch is introduced. Because correction term is added in the calculation formula, the calculation precision has been increased lot, compared with traditional calculation method. There are greater difference between the hold - down force characteristic curve of the clutch assembly with other structures and the diaphragm spring hold - down force characteristic curve. This paper makes deeper analysis calculation of the problem, and puts forward calculation method of the hold - down force characteristic curve of clutch assembly.
