摘要
目前中国已进入了以协调发展为目标的阶段。实现区域系统协调发展，既要重视区域内的协调发展，更要重视区际间的协调发展。该文以我国31个省、市、自治区为研究对象，从经济、社会、人口、资源和环境系统分析了区域系统等的协调发展状态以及省际时空差异。结果显示，自1998年以来，以北、上、广为代表的东部地区具有高水平的人文发展水平，区域系统水平较高，但自然系统水平较低；西部地区自然系统水平较高、人文系统水平较低，二者呈现较低层次的协调度。各区域系统发展较为稳定，衡量省际区域系统及其人文、自然子系统相对差异的基尼系数数值较低，波动不大。因此今后我国仍要继续实施多种区域发展战略，加速推进公共服务均等化、开发和保护并行、优势发挥有序与差距有效控制等促进区域协调发展的措施。
At present, China has entered the coordinated development period. Coordinated regional sys- tem development, not only should pay attention to the coordination of development within the region, but also attach importance to the development of inter - district coordination. We choose 31 provinces, mu- nicipalities and autonomous of China, analysis the state of coordinated development in regional system and provincial spatio- temportal difference in the economy, society, population, resources and environ- ment system. Results shows that, from 1998, as the representative of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, eastern region has a high human development level, a higher level of regional systems, but lower levels in natural systems ; higher levels of natural systems, lower in human systems, but a lower level of coordina- tion between them in western region. The development of the regional system is more stable in inter -pro- vincial, relative difference Gini coefficient value of regional system and its human measure, the naturalsubsystem fluctuations is lower. In future, China should continue implementing a variety of regional de- velopment strategic to accelerate the equalization of public services, development and protection in paral- lel, advantages play orderly, and gap control effective to promote coordinated regional development.
