摘要
目的探讨诱骗受体3(DcR3)在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)中基因表达水平的变化。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR(Realtime-PCR)检测40例RA患者(22例活动期,18例缓解期)和25例健康体检者中外周血单个核细胞DcR3mRNA的基因表达水平,并将检测结果与DAS28评分进行相关性分析。结果 RA患者PBMCs中,DcR3mRNA表达水平明显高于正常人(P<0.05);RA患者活动期PBMC中DcR3mRNA表达水平高于缓解期RA患者和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)RA患者外周血DcR3mRNA水平与DAS28评分呈显著正相关趋势。结论 RA患者PBMCs中DcR3mRNA表达水平升高,与疾病的活动性密切相关,可能与免疫调节的紊乱有关,参与了RA的发病过程。
Objective To investigate DcR3 gene Levels of peripheral blood in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods The expression levels of DcR3 mRNA in peripheral Blood monocytes of 40 RA patients(22 active and 18 remission) and 25 healthy controls were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction( real-time -PCR). Results The expression levels of DcR3 mRNA in active stage of RA patients were higher than that of remission stage of RA patients and healthy controls(P 〈0. 05 ). RA patients were higher than that of remission stage of RA patients and healthy controls (P 〈 0.01 ), between DcR3 mRNA levelsand active renal score (DAS28) show positive correlation. Conclusion The expression levels of peripheral blood DcR3 were significant increase in RA active patients and closely related with the activity of the disease which suggesting that DcR3 migh involved in the pathological process.
