46 0 0 0 DWT化学品船是大连造船厂自行设计建造的大型多功能 IMO 型化学品船。挂马来西亚旗 ,入 DNV船级 ,可载运密度高达 1.5 3 t/ m3的苛性纳及其它适运的 5 0 0余种化学品及石油制品。本船货油舱采用整体型液舱 ,双壳体结构 ,“清洁”型货舱以便于洗舱。
The 46 000 DWT chemical tanker is a large multi-function IMO type Ⅱ chemical tanker designed and built by Dalian Shipyard. The ship flies Malaysia flag and is registered in DNV class. It can carry Caustic Soda, with density up to 1.53 t/m3 and more than 500 types of chemical and petroleum products. The cargo holds are of integrated type with double shell construction. “Cleaning” type of tanks makes them easy to clean. In order to meet class requirement and reduce the light ship weight, FEM and optimization design are done in the design.
