摘要
本文通过对2012年全国护理技能大赛的特点进行分析,总结我院举办广东省选拔赛的经验与教训,结合国际先进的护理理念,探讨护理技能大赛对护理专业建设方向的引导作用和护理专业内涵建设的启示。
This article, based on an analysis of the characteristics of National Nursing Skills Competition 2012, summarized the experience and lesson that we learned from holding try-out for Guangdong areas. The author, combining international advanced nursing concepts, also explored the role and the enlightenment of Nursing Skills Competition in guiding the direction of professional construction of nursing major.
