摘要
利用一维方位势透射系数的递推公式研究了周期势的能带结构 ,文中考察了能带结构与垒宽、阱宽及位势个数的关系 .
The energy band structures of periodical potentials are studied using the recursion formulae of the transmission coefficient of one-dimensional square potentials.And the relations of the energy band structures with the width of potential barrier,the width of potential well and the number of potentials are investigated.
