摘要
针对常用合金铸铁辊环耐磨性低 ,而硬质合成辊环成本高情况 ,采用离心铸造方法 ,开发了耐磨性能优良的高速钢辊环。实验证明 ,高速钢辊环的硬度达 63~ 65HRC,辊面硬度差小于2 HRC,冲击韧性大于 1 6J/cm2。用于线材轧机预精轧段 ,使用寿命比合金铸铁辊环提高 6~ 1 0倍 ,接近了硬质合金辊环的水平。
To counter the situation that usual alloy cast iron roll collar has low wear resistance and hard alloy roll collar has high production cost, a kind of high speed steel roll collar having high wear resistance is developed by using centrifugal casting method. High speed steel roll collar's hardness is 63~65HRC,it's impact toughness is over 16 J/cm 2, it's hardness balance on roll collar surface is smaller than 2HRC. It is simple in production,has lower production cost than hard alloy roll collar.Using in the pre precision rolling machine group of high speed lines rolling mill,it's service life is 6~10 times longer than alloy cast iron roll collar's, nears hard alloy roll collar's.
