The Effectiveness and Reflection of Teachers Professional Development Schools in China

摘要 教师专业发展学校在我国建立已有十余年的时间,积累了一定的本土化经验,获得了一定的成效,即拓展了教师培养空间,逐步形成了开放合作格局;探索了一条实践取向的教师专业发展途径。但是,我国教师专业发展学校尚处于探索初期阶段,教师专业发展学校制度化和规范化程度较低,这就需要我们反思,寻找切实可行的对策,进而提高教师专业发展学校的建设成效。 Teachers professional development schools have established for more than ten years in China and we have accumulated an amount of localized experiences and achieved some favorable results: the teachers' training scope has been expanded, the open pattern of cooperation has been formulated, and a practical way of teachers professional development, has been found. However, the teacher professional development schools are still at the exploration stages in our country, institutionalization and standardization of professional development schools are lower. We need do more to improve the situation.
