摘要 精神分裂症患者暴力行为的发生有一定的异质性，阳性精神病症状并不能完全解释其暴力起源。近年的研究开始关注人格障碍在精神分裂症暴力行为中的作用，影像学技术的应用促进了该类研究有了新的进展。现就精神分裂症暴力与人格关系的影像学研究进展进行综述。
